- 1.5 cups raw cashews
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
gather ingredients:

Start cooking: add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. If you don’t have one you’ll want to soak your cashews overnight, or in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
