
Ingredients list:
- 1 cup russet potato, medium diced
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1-4 oz can green chiles
- 1 tbsp jarred jalapeños & 1 tbsp of the liquid
Gather ingredients:

Start cooking: add all ingredients to instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.


Carefully release steam and remove lid. Transfer to high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
