
ingredients list:
- 8 oz bag of soy curls
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
gather ingredients:

start cooking: rehydrate soy curls by covering with hot water for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. While waiting, combine all ingredients (other than soy curls) in a small bowl and stir together. Drain the soy curls and toss with marinade.



spread out the soy curls onto a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.

Keeps for several days in a airtight bag out of the fridge.
