
ingredients list:
- 1.5 cups of pitted dates
- 1/2 cup puréed pumpkin (I used canned, just make sure it’s not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp plant-based milk

start cooking:
Soak dates in hot/boiled water for 10 minutes, then drain. add all ingredients to food processor – start with 1 tbsp of milk. You’ll need to scrape down the sides several times. Add additional milk as needed to get to desired smoothness.


Enjoy with sliced apples, or pretzels!
